Mayo Clinic, W. L. Gore & Associates announce Avobis Bio, a joint venture for new regenerative therapies

Congratulations to our founder, Dr. Allan Dietz, on the exciting news! Our platelet lysate, PLTMax®, was used to manufacture the cells for the clinical trial, as well as other studies at Mayo. Platelet lysate is a key component in growing these stem cells.

Stem cells a step toward improving motor, sensory function after spinal cord injury

What an amazing story! Congratulations to Chris Barr and his family, as well as the Mayo Clinic team on their recent stem cell work in spinal cord injury! Our founder, Dr. Allan Dietz, directs the Mayo IMPACT lab which manufactured the stem cells in this trial.

Mill Creek’s platelet lysate, PLTMax®, was used to manufacture the cells for this trial, as well as other studies at Mayo. Platelet lysate is an important component for the growth of these stem cells.

Mill Creek Life Sciences Receives Grant from Regenerative Medicine Minnesota for Development of Dendritic Cell Vaccine

Mill Creek Life Sciences, LLC (Mill Creek), a Rochester, MN based start-up that supports the development and application of cellular and biological therapeutics, has received a one-year $100,000 grant from Regenerative Medicine Minnesota (RMM) titled: "Development of Technology for the Large-scale Production of a Novel Dendritic Cell Vaccine for the Treatment of Glioblastoma."
