PLTGold^® contains all the growth factors and proteins that maximize cell growth without the need to worry about animal-based additives or lot-to-lot variability. Other xeno-free hPLs compromise purity with particulates. With PLTGold^® there is no clot formation and no need for heparin.

PLTGold^® is unfractionated, meaning it is not fibrinogen-depleted. However, even though no components are removed from the original product, our proprietary methodology for PLTGold^® production allows for a clot free product that does not contain or require heparin. It is a truly unique human platelet lysate product.

Available in both clinical and research grades in 27mL, 100mL, 500mL, and 1000mL bottles.

All our products are manufactured under cGMP conditions. We do release testing on all manufactured lots and provide a CoA/CoO for each lot. Some of our release testing includes: pH, osmolality, total protein, mycoplasma, sterility, endotoxin, and a proprietary cell growth assay. We also test a panel of growth factors on all lots for internal information only. Mill Creek is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
